A terme, il permettra le retour<strong> d\u2019activit\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices de revenus<\/strong> et <strong>la r\u00e9ouverture d\u2019\u00e9coles de proximit\u00e9<\/strong> afin de<strong> redynamiser l\u2019\u00e9conomie de la r\u00e9gion et lutter contre l\u2019exode des populations vers&nbsp;les&nbsp;villes<\/strong>.
